Through Maryland Mayuri, a large nonprofit Indian classical dance competition, I worked on sponsorships, logistics, and cross-team coordination under tight timelines.

Coordinating with sponsors, teams, and venues taught me how to stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and keep things moving even when plans changed, skills I rely on just as much as technical ones.
